Thierry Haure-Mirande began his life as an entrepreneur at the age of 27 by taking the helm of Avia Peinture, a family business that he managed for many years.
In 2004, he bought a surface treatment and painting unit : this was the birth of Aéro-protec.
In 2007, it was the only French surface caterer to set up shop abroad. He created Aéro Tech in Tunis, the first organic growth of the up-and-coming industrial group.
This was followed by the creation of the R&D division Aéroprotec Services, the "100% Reach compliant" large-scale plant in Uzein and the purchase of its surface treatment unit from the WeAre group, renamed Aéroprotec Saint-Nicolas-De-Redon.
As a man of convictions and action, Thierry Haure-Mirande has been President of GITAS for 8 years and a member of the GIFAS Aero SME Bureau. He also chaired the trade union chamber of the UIMM Adour Atlantique from 2019 to 2023.
A very personal maxim that reflects his entrepreneurial character : "Don't have your feet worn out until your head has finished growing!"
