Vincent Santoro a débuté sa carrière dans le secteur automobile, où il a accumulé près de 10 ans d'expérience. Il a d'abord travaillé chez FIAT-GM en tant que Chef de Projet en Étanchéité Carrosserie, puis a occupé des postes similaires chez PSA et Renault-Nissan, se spécialisant dans l'étanchéité des ouvrants automobiles.
En 2006, il a rejoint le Groupe Safran, où il a passé 10 ans chez Safran Nacelle à occuper diverses responsabilités telles que Responsable de Programme pour les nacelles A318 et P&WC 6000, ainsi que Responsable Assurance Qualité des Opérations Industrielles.
Il a également assumé des rôles de direction, notamment en tant que Directeur des Opérations Composites et Responsable de Centre d'Excellence Industrielle pour les pièces injectées en composites.
Par la suite, il a passé 7 ans chez Safran Landing Systems, où il a occupé des postes de plus en plus pointus, notamment en tant que Head of Steel Integrated Manufacturing Unit et VP Manufacturing.
À partir de 2023, Vincent Santoro a élargi son champ d'action en rejoignant Safran en Tunisie, où il exerce jusqu’à aujourd’hui le rôle de Directeur Général.
Son parcours illustre son expertise dans le domaine de la fabrication, de la gestion de projet et de la direction des opérations, ainsi que sa capacité à évoluer dans des environnements industriels complexes dans des environnements industriels complexes.
Vincent Santoro began his career in the automotive sector, accumulating nearly 10 years of experience.
He initially worked at FIAT-GM as a Project Manager in Bodywork Sealing, then held similar positions at PSA and Renault-Nissan, specializing in automotive opening sealing.
In 2006, he joined the Safran Group, where he spent 10 years at Safran Nacelle, holding various responsibilities such as Program Manager for the A318 and P&WC 6000 nacelles, as well as Quality Assurance Manager for Industrial Operations.
He also took on leadership roles, including Director of Composite Operations and Head of Industrial Excellence Center for injected composite parts.
Subsequently, he spent 7 years at Safran Landing Systems, where he held increasingly specialized positions, notably as Head of Steel Integrated Manufacturing Unit and VP Manufacturing.
Starting in 2023, Vincent Santoro expanded his scope by joining Safran in Tunisia, where he has been serving as General Manager to date.
His career highlights his expertise in manufacturing, project management, and operations leadership, as well as his ability to thrive in complex industrial environments.
